Default other than the 2.2 direct did any other vectra c come with twin exhaust?

as per the title! , other than the 2.2 direct did any other vectra c come with twin exhaust?,
the reason i ask is because i got a twin exhaust the other day from a vauxhall breaker alledgedly from a 2.2 but when i tried to fit to my cdti i could not because the pipe on y piece is exactly the same diameter as the pipe on mine and would not slip over, evrything else lines up including hangers.
the Y piece pipe is longer than most i have seen in pics and would of meant no centre box as straight through , and the chrome tailpipes are a weird shape , they are oval but sort of slashcut as if to follow the lines/curve of the bumper

i did think about that but the problem is that both pipes are same diameter and if i sleeve between it would mean cutting the exhaust coming from flexi which i really dont want to in case i want to return to stock at any point

the only thing i can think of is finding someone with a pipe expander and stretch it enough to go over
