Default Car will not start after new timing chains.

As the title says. The car is a 2.2dti.
What it is, it that i can not get my engine started at all. I have just set the timing with the timing tools so i know its spot on although now its not starting im doubting that! The car was running before i stripped it down to change the chains and it wont start again now. I have i had the wife crank it over with the diesel lines into the engine loose and then tightend up once fuel was coming through. Leak off pipes look ok but changing them this morning. It feels like it wants to start but doesnt!
Any other ideas please as im drawing a blank.

    Default

I re-checked the timing and its spot on. I checked the fuel filter and its air tight. I had the nut loose on the fuel lines into the injectors and tightend them up in turn when fuel came out. Its got new leak off pipes.
Majorly fed up with it now. Its starts for a split second and just cuts out. Runs on ez-start but not on its own.
