Just got a set of a member on here has anyone got a pdf of the fitting instructions or can someone tell me if i remove the old rubbers first or do the pedals simply go over the top cheers jay

IIRC you need to place the pedals on top of the rubbers, mark up the holes with a pen, drill through the entire pedal and then the irmscher covers bolt on top of the lot. I did it on one of my Astras a few years ago and it didn't take long at all.
