    Default New Headunit

    Hi, Can i ask for some advice please!
    I need a radio my std Vx one needs a code, rather than get the code from Vauxhall or ask an independent audio shop to remove the code i thought i might get a new head unit, especially as i have got another iphone with my choons on so can i ask, willthis be good?

    Are there better head units out there for similar money?
    Wopuld i need loads of other kit like connectors, an ariel booster etc? I dunno i;m just asking!

    Looks a good unit mate. You'll need a iso connector for Kenwood to fit VX and a double din cage but that might come with the unit. I had a few Kenwood units b4 moving onto Alpine.

    Thanks, I have an Alpine 9812rb, which was very good unit but it's a single din. I'm not sure of the advantages of double din except that the screen is bigger and easier to read, which hepls because i'm old!
    I will next probably upgrade the speakers and i just know this is going to end in tears and me spending far too much money lol
