    Default Uprated 1.9CDTI injectors....

    Well certain parties have at last admited to changing the nozzles on their injectors after denying said very strongly but I am still on standard Nozzles at 246bhp. It was my impression from Diesel Bob that they had no luck trying to modify my injectors and I was getting a little wound up that they were still holding my funds and a nozzle several weeks later I contacted them today though and it seems they had still been working on them, so clearly a missunderstanding and now believe they have a working uprated nozzle. This is great news for me but not for my bank balance

    Good news mate glad ya cracking on so was it bosch that managed to sort them for ya
    Vectra vxr custome remaps egr deletes dpf and diagnostic work all remaps are custome bench tuning avalible all genuine equipment PM for info

    No, Diesel Bob have been working on the injector as a whole, not just nozzles. With the mods they usually do, it did not provide more fuel without losing the atomization due to the pressure drop. When they are happy with them, I will get a full set made up and fitted and see what they can do. At the moment I am maxed out on the injectors with a custom RS map and a custom CRD-T tuning box map to provide as much as I can without the ECU going into limp mode. Without being able to dump the fuel in quicker, I can not get much better results.

    I'm also getting back my 59mm hybrid this weekend after I heavily modified the compressor and had it rebalanced. Hopefully it will spin up alot faster now...

    Hmmmm hopefully you will get it's sorted mate you thought about gettin the ecu out and bdm it I no you wasn't liken the idea but might work to get a bit adjustment

    I'm running 1800bar injector pressure on the remap and an additional 100bar of pressure at some points of the range from the tuning box.

    I have also started to make new pipework myself for the waste gate but I'm not very good at welding XD

    what mods have you done to get 246bhp? hybrid turbo and inter cooler but have you done anything else.

    Water:methanol, EGR blank, CAT and silencer removal, K&N panel filter third party MAP sensor and custom map. Alot of money and I have tried alot of other things. The nozzels might make a big difference, worth waiting to see.
