Why does the WIND DEFLECTORS GOOD OR BAD thread keep on appearing on the latest posts when no one else seems to be bumpin it up

seams like every time some one votes in the poll it jumps back up to the top ive noticed this on a few posts tho

Yeah it's the poll, but still shows as if the last person to comment has just commented...

It's like my caliper colour thread, it's about 3 years old but people still vote... Kinda already decided lol.
