    Default Ladies and Gentleman.Check your nuts please

    Had a strange vibration under quite hard acceleration, checked all the usual as the pads and disks need replacing and guess what the vibration was...

    Driveshaft nut was only finger tight on the nearside.

    Even a trained mechanic missed it,said it may be the driveshafts that need replacing.......My A**e.

    There are no split pins on the Vec-C/Signum, its a "one-shot" lock nut that is fitted and should be replaced any time a drive shaft is removed from the hub
