53' reg 2.2 Sri advice

Can anyone give me any advice on what to look out for in a vectra 2.2 Sri on a 53' plate. It's done 86k. I'm guessing they have a timing chain and it's the none direct model?

Just the timing chain really, if it doesn't sound like its rattling you should be ok, have they said if its been done?

No mate. They haven't said. When should it be done? Also, does a pre 2.2 have twin exhausts? This one only has a single one

No. Non direct 2.2's only have one backbox.

I've seen a different one now. A 54' reg pre 2.2 with twin exhausts, does that mean it has direct injection?

It also has an auto box. How do these last compared to manuals?
