I got given a new style griffin badge for my boot from a friends corsa.
Whats the best way to get the old one off before i go digging at it lol.
also is there 2 holes behind it or is it just glued on?

On the vectra,s they are just glued on
The best way to remove the old one is to use a hairdryer to heat up the old adhesive and then when it starts to lift use an old bank/credit card or similar to prise the old badge away , once off maintain the heat on the left over glue and it should peel off .
any residual glue can be removed with any cleaning solvent like tarspot remover ,IPa or even petrol at a pinch
    Driving vauxhall,s for 30 + years
    and still loving it

    Default

Boil the kettle and pour over badge, get an old flexible card like a nectar card or old bank card and slowly but gently push behind badge, more than likely you will remove badge but will still have loads of adhesive stuck to car

Keep heating up with hot water or hair dryer and pick off with your nail or soft card again

Remove 'ghosting' or silhouette with tcut or similar
