With the ebay steam cleaner how wet does it get the seats?
I had the seats steam cleaned in a previous car and it took days for them to dry out.
Also is there any detergent you use with it or just the steam?
Never used one before...
i bought the little yellow steam cleaner from ebay and tested it on the arm rest the other day to be honest it only gets them a little damp nothing to bad did not take to long to dry off going to do the seats and carpets over weekend

ye i know this thread got started when dinosaurs were roaming the earth but still relevant , I was going to get someone to clean my enine/bay area at the weekend but id rather do something myself , it's not a question of saving money more for a sense of satisfaction , question is has anyone used one for the engine and any tips , obviously cover the electrics as much as possible but the cleaner ive got has got adjustable steam and surprislingly doesn't cause much moisture , before and after pics to follow , cheers
