    Default lack of power

hi everyone i'm looking for a little help. i have a 03 vectra 1.8 club which has today started to run a little rough. on my way to work my car had no or very little power going up through the gears when i got to fifth gear it would drive no problem if i only put a little presure on the gas pedal. my mates at work said it could be the trottle body sensor. has anyone had this problem and is it expensive to fix?

Id try the air flow meter first. Take it off give it a clean with a spray cleaner see how that goes or buy a replacement 2nd hand part for a tenner from a scrappy.

I replaced the air flow meter a few months ago. I'm just worried that it's the throttle body sensor. I have been told that they are about £360. Not so good when I am going to Florida in a few weeks. Cheers anyway and and more opinions would be much appreciated.

Throttle body sensor is just a (wild) guess, it could be any of three dozen different things. Are there any warning lights displayed on the dash while you drive?

I don't get any warning lights on the dashboard. I have booked into garage for tomorrow. I just hope that it's not to expensive. Cheers for the feedback.
