Default Got myself a little treat!

Went to Halfords for a set of their Advanced Professional screwdrivers, came out with one with one of the 150 piece sockets sets.
All from prompting from the wife!!!
Plus, I got a £10 off voucher, so Tuesday I'm going to get the 30 piece screwdriver set too!!!

    Money well spent mate.

My grandma bought me a similar set 7 years ago when I first qualified as a mechanic. Still going strong now

Got the previous one to this in 2006. Same contents just a different layout for £100.
    Cracking bit of kit.
Snapped the number 2 posi drive bit a little while ago. Took it into local Halfords to swap it under the lifetime warranty. He asked for receipt but when I said how long I had it for he just swapped it anyway.
Halfords do some good tools. I've got there Torque wrenches as well so far. Going to get the Tool chest and roller cabinet and fill it up when I get back from my next trip.

Used some of it today, changed the rear door cards, nice feel to them. Can't wait to get the screwdriver set now.
    Yes, I'm sad.

Building up and appreciating a good tool kit is not sad. They save you when needed

That's ****** cheap. Almost too cheap, I wanted the industrial set but how can I turn down this?
