Thats the point the 3.0 motor (well fuel pumps) can't take any tweaking so a remap or tuning box is highly likely to blow the pump and they ain't cheap, but there may be some things you can do though

Just want to tweek for ironing out any possible flat spots if there are any?? (thats hint to tell me if there are LOL)

Yes as long as you have at least 17" rims for the 345mm brakes but if your going Vectra or Signum go as high as you can on the spec lke Elite as it has a lot more toys than the basic SRI and its easier to fit uprated suspension and seats than retrofit the toys to an SRI.
SRI sounds good like it is set up for performance but the brakes and gearboxes/engines are the same its just a trim level
