    Default alarm siren posistion

hi, has anybody got a picture of how the alarm siren in the boot of the hatchback vectra fits. i had mine taken out by an auto electrician and have now sourced a second hand one to re-fit. but i think some sort of bracket is missing.. i have been told not to fit it because they are useless, but i can't live with the "check safeguard" notice everytime i start the car up. many thanks!!!

yes i found the panel but i don't know if it fits on a bracket i've found the plug it plugs onto . but where does it mount because i think the auto electrician has taken something else off there looks like a bracket but i don't have a clue how the siren fits to it

Think the part number for the bracket is 24403540 and requires 2 nuts (13107913), however you'd probably be better off getting it from the scrappies

Not a problem, that's the sort of thing this forum is really handy for.
