Patience is a virtue... Picked up a Imry grill with aluminium strip for £70 delivered!

Dont come around very often, but a very nice cosmetic upgrade. I think these ones are near on £300 new!!

As much as i hate my front grill, if i spent over 70 for a grill i think my belongings would be on the lawn when i got home from work, crazy.

That's nothing, I've just bought a replacement engine cover for the VXR and that was £75.

    Funny topic this one!!

There's Rob thinking it crazy to spend £70 on a grill which IMO enhances the look of the car and i think was well worth the money.

And in the same breath I am thinking who on earth would pay £75 for an item which hides under the bonnet!!

Each to their own i guess. Lots of people see their car purely as a method of getting from A to B and it pretty much ends there. Others take a lot of pride in their investment and like to keep it looking and running as best as possible.

I would agree that in most cases these "upgrades" are of no practical value and could be considered extravagent.... but damn it looks nice

its just not a bit of plastic is it,you gotta remember how much work has
gone in to manufacture something like that.

id really like someone to come up and make such the same product ???

i think theres an irmscher trip next april that members can have the chance
to go and they will have the chance to exactly see for themselves exactly
whats involved in manufacturung this grille and other irmscher products

you pay for wot you get,all irmscher products fit perfectly with no alterations, unlike other cheap n cheerful
styling on the market most of them always need messing about with.
