There are 2 parts to this:
    1. Add the UHP4 bluetooth unit so the CD70 can interface with the phone - this will handle calls/texts etc
    2. Modify the CD70 to accept Aux In,
I know there are stereos out there that can do it over a bluetooth connection but the CD70 was designed a while ago now when no one knew or cared about stuff like that.
You could use a Parrot or something too.

The easiest option with good results is the Parrot MK9200 handsfree kit.

It wont interact with the cars display, but it will allow you to play music and use the phone with the cars speakers.

Do a search for Parrot MK9200 and you will find loads of posts on peoples thoughts and how to install it (which is very easy).

There are other options and one which require a lot more work.
