    Unhappy Not a good day

Not a good day i knew i had a slow puncture the other day and i have been worried about a cracked rim well i took the car to kwik fit today for them to check it out and to my horror the tyres have worn badly on the inside edge so i have not only had to replace the punctured tyre but i have had to have 2 tyre's.
Ok i have had to have 3 tyre's so i said to the chap fit the 2 and i will have the other 2 end of the month as i came out £400 lghter. Im gutted tbh as i was planning on my suspension this month just means im going to have to wait a bit longer.
On another note i won't be having Khumo's again thats for sure and a positive note it drives and grips so much better now i have tread

worn tyres on the back or front. Either way I would suggest a tracking/alignment check.

If the tyres have worn out on the inside edge it is nothing to do with the tyres but alignment issues. Where the tyres on the front or rear?

Which tyres did you get from Kwikfit?

Check the upper control arms for wear first.
Jack up the rear of the car and wobble the top and bottom of the wheel. Any movement may need new Banana arms.

If its the rears it suggests that the rear trailing arms are worn and the tyres are going outwards at the bottom. Before you get an alignment check you need to new trailing arms fitted, if you don't then your new tyres are going to wear on the inside as well.

This is how you check the rear suspension arms. Do not jack up the car to check as this is not the correct way to do it!

And yes I do look fat in the video!
