    Default Clutch Bleed

So about every 4-6 weeks my clutch fluid drops to a low point and I lose the pedal...
I have been topping up and bleeding to try and save the cost of new slave/master/clutch kit.
However, in my travels I have been to Drive Vauxhall in Aldershot to price parts up, (mostly worried about DMF cost) They looked up my car, looked up the part, checked it on the shelf and its a standard fly wheel, listed as DMF.

Hooray for that, at least I can get it skimmed and save £300 on the job.

Any body else found this on the Z18XER?

    Default

The Z18XER doesn't have a DMF. Only diesels / higher powered cars have it. The 1.8 petrols have a normal clutch.

My car doesn't have any of the above problems.

Have you checked the master for leaks or is it simply coming out of the slave?

if no visible leaks around master cylinder/ combined res / master to re hose / master attachment housing and pipe / pipe to flexi / flexi to slave pipe in bellhousing.
couple of wee seals connecting each part

then id say its your csc quite common i found out after having the same woes
