As long as the units are new i.e. not broken, then you can either add the error fixing capacitors or get the xenon option turned on via tech2 or equivalent

Many members on here have an 'equivalent' so someone might be able to help you out. You'll find the dealers are next to useless with tech2 though.

Regarding the flickering, Cancellers alone won't stop the flickering, It'll likely be due to the Ballasts being incompatible. You need Canbus compatible ballasts to stop the flickering, and the error cancellers for the bulb-out warining light.

Activation of xenons can also be done through Vauxcom, there's a few users on here that may be able to help you out.

Mine were just standard error cancellers and only one flickered prior to installing them. Fitted them about 2 days before i had xenons activated whilst having a tech2 session. Money wasted

Cancellers i suspect, once you have the HID's activated in a tech2/vauxcom session, then you don't need them, so long as you have canbus compatible ballasts
