I've just had a thought, possibly a daft one but are the part numbers different so only work on one light or the other...

When in did the motors sit vertically or horizontally?

Yeah I thought they where horizontal, so I kinda thought to raise the beam one will have to twist left other right for example... Just a guess tho, no idea how they work...

The knob part just winds in and out and either pushes bottom of light out , thus raising bean ...and in to lower beam .....which thinking about it beam was ok before fitted and now too high so they must have pushed out too much ...I need to find my manual to check fuses etc ....
