    Default

    55205453 for the tb gasket
    55205127 for the actuator

As for the actuator, a lot of people reuse there old one. I have a few times on peoples cars. The only possible issue ive heard is the actuator learns the start and and finish positions of the swirl bars only once, so if the new one is ever so sliglty different it could cause issues.
If you do want to buy one then theres one on ebay http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Vauxhall-A...item4ab65f30fe

As above - I reused my old one as I couldn't find any reason to change it. If you think it's causing you problems though, it can be changed separately without removing the manifold again...

Well I done the acator test with vaux com and before the test it was showing 5% and when I did the test it was showing 95%. The swirl bar is still on no oily or sooty marks around the swirl flap pots so I am going to change the acator motor as well just to be on the safe side. Do you know what the part number for the thottle housing gasket as I need this as well to order. I have order the inlet manifold and gasket the egr gasket but I still need the gasket for the thottle housing thanks

If its working/moving don't change it!, It has a VERY strong return spring & can only stop in one place due to a shaped housing/stepped casing!, & the same applies to its maximum position the same stepped shaped/housing at its further most position! (my local vx dealer does not change the motor & this was confirmed by a friend who works at another local vx dealer.

Just to confirm this have a look at this pic, copy & save, then if you zoooom it look at the area circled & you can see a 'stop' on the casting & a 'stepped' part in the plastic arm, this works for the stop & further most settings.

Why I worry about the actuator test because it did not close fully and open fully but this would be the swirl flap causing this as it's gummed up with carbon. So I won't order a new actuator motor then.

    ,

I presume you used opcom or similar, b4 test 5% after 95% = 100, test result not applicable as the rest/stop position is always the same (very strong return spring) & motor is not activated till throttle is used, So 1st reading is slightly false therefore you have full motor movement (common for opcom or similar), it is possible to reset the 'values' but it wont effect the motor's movement just show as 0% + 100% after reset.
