gears crunching

Hiya,
The last while in my Vectra 1.9cdti gear changes are becoming crunchy.. could this be the clutch failing? The DMF is rattling as well, 100k on clock.
Would a failing DMF cause engine vibration at low reves while stationary..like 1000-1500 revs and judder when taking off??

When I select first...the car tries to move forward a bit before clutch is released, 5th gear is a bit crunchy when driving, all seem a bit stiff tho. Think the clutch is going and the dmf is definately rattling, I am going to have to replace complete lot. I will look into it this week!!
