Was treading a fine line until the door pins came.

First question was, "Where's mine?" lol

Learnt my lesson so got an extra Aerial when ordering from Ed. Lots of Brownie points for that earning at least 2 hours browsing for this week.

Can't say I got much of an reaction when I tried to explain that Canbus thread. She went out with her mate for a Chinese.

basically the better half thinks its about time i proved i am more mature than our 4 year old, it doesnt help that she really liked our last car (astra 5 estate) but i didnt. it was our first diesel and i couldnt get used to the lack of shergars, only 80 from a 1.7cdti. but i have thick skin and a vast collection of kagoulles

My wife love this club as it means I take her out for Sunday Lunch a lot more. Admittedly she has to share me with the North West Massif.

It also means she gets weekends away in a hotel for the major meets of the year.

Remember this fantastic club is not all about cars, so bring your better halves along to meets as usually there's something else to do rather then look around cars.

Mine thinks the world of you. so many have donated to her cancer charity by donating for one of the "charity arials" I have made, and when we attended the PVS in the summer she thought it was amazing. But was even more amazed when Duncan gave a speech and a bottle of bubbly from the forum for her, in front of all the members that were there. truly amazing, now she is an ardent fan of VECTRA C.

My wife has no real interest in cars/clubs etc. but has been very understanding with my involvement - going off to meets etc. Even managed to get her along to Billing which she did enjoy. Also got her along to the East RR meet earlier this year, but it wasn't to stand around looking at cars on the rollers - she got dropped with Cara (Mrs GSi) at Lakeside for a bit of retail therapy while the boys played with their toys!

Lately, I know I've definitely been trying her patience with the amount of time I've spent doing forum stuff - mostly the 'behind the scenes' upgrades/updates/improvements etc. for all you folks! - as I've spent most nights squirrelled away in the office doing stuff. I've got a bit of shmoozing and wining and dining to do to make up for all that!

Speaking of, better zip downstairs again as I'm doing dinner tonight and there's some things in the oven to deal with.......
