Thread: Just got my car lowered with H&R springs

    Default Just got my car lowered with 40mm H&R springs

    Before lowering



    After lowering..




    Lowered 30mm at the front, 25mm at the back from OPC/VXR springs

    Looking good that's 30mm I have a Sri and was going to put 45mm on lol

    Looking good there matey, I've got H&R's on my VXR they really improved the ride and look the dogs.

    you should have in mind that the 30mm and 25mm are from VXR springs which are 15mm lower then standard springs. So infact it has been lowered 45mm at the front and 40mm at the back.

    Whats the measurement from the center of your wheel to the wheel arch?

    I'm waiting for a set of H&R springs to be delivered. If my car looks as good as yours with them on, I'll be very happy.

    335mm front and 340mm back.

    Standard VXR springs is was 365mm front and back,

    with the price of the ids dampers im worried that the lowering springs would wear the dampers out quicker then normal. does look spot on though. mine seems to be lower at the back but then all vecs seem to look like that lol
    VXR IS FOR LIFE NOT JUST FOR THRILLS !

    That's why I lowered mine, it looked so uneven. The ride now is so much better and no where near as harsh. The H&R's arnt as hard as standard in my opinion.
