    Default spraying skirts 'n' handles

i was thinking of geting my side skirts/bumpers and door handles sprayed to match the colour of my vec-c (silver lightning)

Howwould i go about getting it done? Do the door handles need to be removed before painting, also do thew skirts/bumpers come off before they can be painted? then refit them on.

ATM i have a standard vectra 2.0LS 2003 model with standard front/rear bumpers. Both bumpers have a black rubber/plastic lower part,do you get them painted?Or should i get new rear bumper like on the new models?

Don't know what to do to make it look its best any advice please.
    ------------------------------------------------

    ATM i have done:
1.Clear/red rear light clusters upgrade(no more orange yey)
    2.Vauxhall 17" alloys
    3.clear side repeaters.
4.alloy tax disc with vauxhall on
    5.private registration
    6.Fitted car mats

I'd take them all off to get them painted.. the lower bumpers just unclip after removing 1 securing screw each end.. the sills are just held on wil plastic rivets.. just drive the centres up into the sill's.. and then get some more rivets before refitting.(cost me about £2.00 for enough to do the car).. and the handles will just remove from the door.. they're 1 screw each.. just follow Mark The Cabby's 'How-2' on chrome door handles.. you'll get the idea..

I did all the above to Mrs Gsi's old vectra 2.2 elegance..and it looked cracking.. just a shame the rest of the car wasn't up to the same job..

I'll see if i can fid a picture..

bad quality, but it's zoomed and blown up from a small image..

    Have a look here

I had a standard rear trim, side skirts & mudguards. Took them off & local bodyshop did them for me. Like Mark said, the rivets are cheap.

Thanks for all that advice,i would be taking the car to a bodyshop to get done though, let them remove/refit all the parts safely.
Should i get the rear lower bumper spayed its the black 3or4" strip under the main rear bumper?

I Will post some pictures soon. Before & After shots!!
