    Default Front spoiler problem

it may be just my car, but i`ve noticed the bottom part of my bumper hits speed bumps if i don`t go over them at a crawl, my diesel astra never had a problem, not that i go over them fast, the other annoying thing is i can hear the newly fitted radiator moving when i go over the bumps if i again don`t go at a crawl, if anythin its flippin annoying, is it just my car or is anyone elses too, mine is the estate 1.8 by the way

I would have tought that the radiator would be fitted into large rubber grommets and hence shouldnt move?

    Has your car been lowered?

Yep, i have this problem too. I cant go to certain places as the front splitter hits the ground, like going down a ramp that levels out suddenly. Had to do a few reversing manouveres to get myself out of sticky situations. Generaly speed humps are ok if i go over them at a slight angle instead of straight on.

ah so i`m not the only one then, almost felt as though i`d be on my own, its the big, (what i call table-top) speed humps that i mainly have a problem the smaller square aren`t so bad if get them square on

I think the bend and length of front bumper causes issues on the vectra. My Astra was dropped 60mm and no issues on my drive or speed bumps... The vectra slightly catches the drive and odd bumps and it's only a 40 drop, front end seems to meet the top before the wheels start to lift...
