all depends if you have an access panel underneath. I was advised my car had an access panel in the undertray,.. but it didn't at all so I needed to remove my bumper - easy and quick to do tho.

Surely that would make things worse in fog?

Or is this purely a posing thing rather than for practical reasons?

Prity sure you can get at them from under the bumper...

Jack the car up at the front and secure oit on axcel stands...
Get the bumper at look to the side of the bumper (where the fog lights are). You should see a large black box which is the same at both sides(this is the fog lights)...
At the bottom of this should be a black screw cap. Take this off to access the bulbs...

Failing that its a bumper off job... Take about 10 minutes to get the bumper off and is easiest with two people doing the work (someone to help lift and hold the bumper)....

Have you checked out the haynes manual at all as it might have pictures!

Yeah as far as I know they just plug in like normal bulbs...

On the strobing Im not 100% sure...

If the fogs are on the can bus system they may flash but I have a feeling there not on the can bus system just like the astra so you may be fine...

There are loads of differnet types on ebay... these ones however say they are spacificaly for the Vectra... That said it's no garuntee they will work...
