    pretty sure they are
and TBH i would get them repaired for safety sake

i just got a vxr veccy and 2 of the alloys had cracks in them had them repaired by the dealer as kicked off

but i also called an alloy place and was advised £40/50 a wheel so not to bad for the repair

Any damage to a wheel rim i.e cracks, buckles, and dents which affects the tyre security " meaning the tyre to come lose and come off the rim all together ", is classed as a serious defect/safety issue, and will not pass the M.O.T. test...
