Does anyone on here know what the rules are regarding the laws on exhausts?... some young punk just moved in 2 doors down with a tiny red car that sounds as loud as the new Typhoon jet fighter when it starts up... the surely can't be legal??

Just reminded me of "coasting" an old Rover across the German/Austrian border because it had no rear box... Germany is very hot on noise pollution, especially at bored border crossings in tatty foreign cars
