thats my point , 300bhp it too much for everyday use , a 150 vec with a box is a good compromise but you still get that derv delay and a lack of revs

Well my Fiat 500 has 69 BHP and thats just about enough. Can cruise at 80 mph all day long on the motorway and great around town.

Alternatively you could have a 400 BHP nitrous breathing fire spitting VXR but thats like using a full pressure fire hose to water your plants

To small as in girly image... or to small as in physical size?

I can tell you they are like a bubble inside so very high roof line. Wide seats and door panels as well so lots of shoulder room.

I dont have any issues with size in the 500

Most guys (husbands, as it tends to be a girl based car) who end up driving it, really like it. So the image does it no favours which is a real shame as its got loads of character.

I've driven the 900 cc Turbo version as well (Twin Air) and that is such a laugh... rev the nuts off it

Have you been in one? As I would challenge that statement.

I've driven the Abarth EsseEsse as well. 169 BHP I think it was. Popping and cracking on gear changes. had some attitude
