You need to host them from Photobucket mate upload the pics to there then copy and paste the img code of the pic on the photobucket site and put on here. You will find the img code the 4th line down when you hover over the photo on photobucket

You can also do it without using a 3rd party photo hosting site, just use the forum's photo facility. When you create a post (make sure you're not in "Post Quick Reply" mode), scroll down until you see the box called "manage attachments"; click in it and it opens a new window. In there, browse to find the pic you want to upload (i.e. look through the files on your desktop or where ever), select the picture, then click on upload. Then close that new window and go back to your new post. Then, look at the tool bar above your text and find the paper clip icon (next to the smiley face), click on it and you see a list of all the photos you uploaded a moment ago. Put your cursor in the place in your text where you want the photo to slot in, and select it from the drop down list of photos you see when you clicked on the paper clip icon.

To post your own photos you need to host them on another site and link directly to them using image tags.

    To link to a picture:

Using this method, the picture will show in the main body of the reply, and it allows for larger images. Find a site that offeres free image hosting - two of the most popular are www.photobucket.com and www.flickr.com

When you upload your image to the site each picture will be assigned 3 addresses. There will be a [ URL] one, a < TAG> one and below them is an [ IMG] one.

Click once in the [ IMG] address of the picture to select it, then right click and copy (or whatever you have to do to copy on your machine).

Back in the reply box on this forum, just click paste and what will appear is something like:

    [ IMG] photobucket/JezzaSaab/pic1[ /IMG]

(I have put in spaces after the first brackets to stop it working now).

When you click reply, the picture will show in your post.

If you want to post up a picture thats already online, from another website or google images perhaps, you can right click on it and select Image Properties.

A long "web address" will show, which you can highlight and copy. Now come back to this site and in your reply type [img] then insert the copied properties and type [/img] at the end.

    An example:

Here is a nice picture from google images:

To post it here I right clicked on the picture:

Now go to the bottom and click on properties:

    See the long address:

    Highlight and Copy it.

Now in your reply box at the top just under the little paintbrush image is the "insert image tab" and pop your copied text into the box, then click "insert image" and it should appear.

Its much easier to link pictures you have uploaded elsewhere like to photobucket (which is free) cos they put the {img} bits in for you!

    Go on have a play!

Not really, you have the option of adding photo's as attachments or you can add your images to an album, both really easy to do
