I'm not 100% sure which bush you mean, but I'm guessing it might be this one:

    http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/OPEL-VECTR...item43a110f7ef

If that's the one, there's probably also a Powerflex version available, should you have won the lottery...

I replaced mine with upper arm outer bushes with powerflex bushes, best move as they will never wear out.

Powerflex part number is PFR80-1211, you need two of course, one for each side.. prices vary

this a set of two.. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/POWERFLEX-...item256a3058ed

buy once and not have to worry about them again... pay less and do them again in a year or so, longer if you fortunate.

for the lower arm outer bushes you need PFR80-1215

Is this the one you're on about in a previous thread of mine?

    http://www.vectra-c.com/forum/showthread.php?171693

The bush part No is mentioned there (24469643), along with where I bought it from ( http://www.vauxhallworldparts.com/va...umber=24469643 ).

If it is the bush you're referring to, then the bush can be changed with a Vec-B rose bush removal tool. It's a tight fit, and if you've access to a lathe you can machine out the centres to get rid of the interferance fit.

Or you can make your own up ( http://www.vectra-c.com/forum/showth...l-Arms-Easilly ). The bush dimensions are:-

Length: 32 mm & 52 mm (guessing the 32mm is the outer length that fits into the hub assembly, and the 52mm is the inner length of the tube the bolt goes through)
    Inner Diameter : 12 mm
    Outer Diameter : 45½ mm

So some threaded stud (8mm) and some nuts but guessing the round bit and flat plate need to be made up?
