How annoying is it when you have to sit on hold waiting for your life to pass, ive been on hold now for 30 mins what a joke. The daft recorded message says i can renew on line so ive gone on there and the quote online is £50 more than what they sent me? £327.12 is too much as it is i aint paying £50 more just for buying online they can **** off

i'd still make my feelings known pal , they should operate a call back system , suggest that to them

Well i finally got through and asked why it took them so long to answer, there reply was its a busy time to call. Like whatever get some more staff then! anyway then asked them why my renewal was more online they told me the original quote has expired er i dont think so pal. I ended up paying the orignial quote and i took 5mins to pay and get off the phone once they answered.
