    Default Snapped front air vents

There are so many problems on here, yet not a single mention (that I can find!) of any third-party after-market replacement options - surely there must be a better solution than just to let them snap / try finding one on ebay / venture out to scrappy (And then how long before they break *again*??)

I snapped one while wiping it clean (a little aggressively I must admit, but never broke anything cleaning before then) and the missus snapped one whilst closing it!

I daren't touch the others now!

The bottom vane of the vents has a much thinner piece of plastic connecting it and it's very weak and brittle and snaps. I used a soldering iron on two of mine to melt the plastic back together then melted some extra plastic over it to make it thicker. It's stronger than the others now

I superglued the link back together with a small piece of clear plastic overlapping the joint. Worked a treat
