Can this be saved?

Hi guys,

I have the chance to buy an SRI front bumber pretty cheap. Only problem is that it is broken in 2 places. The ebay seller claims that this should not be an issue in terms of being able to securely fit it to the car.

For what it's going to cost to repair that and make it look ok.

Pre facelift bumpers dont fit very well on edges when they are in the best of conditions let alone in that state, i think if it was repaired it would be a pig to get to fit correctly,
One will turn up although i must admit they dont turn up very often now..
