    Default Faulty boost gauge..

I had a little bit off spare time today to fart about with the car, more importantly fit the cheapo boost gauge i bought from Ebay to allow me to have a look at the faulty Maptun one.

This is what its showing at atmospheric pressure(disconnected)and should be zero

This is getting taken to bits..

    Internals - fairly simple..

Easily zero'd again by re-soldering the sprung arm(currently soldered in picture)

A couple of quick shots off the temporary position off the gauge - the one in the picture is a £12 jobber off ebay and it actually looks ok. This one is PSi whereas the maptun one is Bar...not sure which one i want to keep now

I actually looked at the plasma gauges mate, but thought i would fiddle with the maptun one to see if it was easily fixed so bought the cheapo ebay one as a temp measure..
