    Default Rear springs

I have just changed my rear springs because one side looked as though it was sagging slightly, the car looks much better but the side that was sagging is still about 5/10 mm lower!!!

Anyone got any ideas or experienced something similar? Was thinking i may need to change the shocks too!

5-10mm don't seem that much difference side to side. Did you measure the suspension after it had settled down after a few miles. I did mine and it did creak a little til settled the first mile or so.

Yeah i did measure before and then after i drove home, which was about 7 miles! And it was the same. Before i changed the springs it was really noticeable but now it looks much better.

How old are the shock absorbers? Might be worth doing them.

Had exactly the same on my old DTi - rear springs changed but not level still. Put new shockers on and it was less than 5mm difference between each side

The shocks have been on the car since new, so since 2007 and 47000 miles. Might buy some pay day and see if it improves.
