    Default CD30 battery disconnect

    Chaps, good afternoon.

    Simple question today.

I have a 2007/07 Facelift Vectra with the CD30 system (no MP3, more's the pity).

If I disconnect the battery, will I have to programme/uncode the radio/cd when I connect again?

    Thanks in advance

    Stuart

    Nope.

The Radio and Screen are paird to the car so disconecting the batter makes no difference...

It's only older units like CDR2005 etc that have codes...

Why are you disconnecting the battery to change a bulb?

Just make sure the headlight switch is off before changing it.
