Do you mean a feint dark line in the middle of the (dipped) beam?

If so, i have it on mine but it doesn't bother me as it's only feint. It's because the insulated wire that runs down the outside of the bulb is in front of the projected light.

Ideally the insulated wire shouldn't be in the way, but unfortunately that's the way the bulb has been produced.

I've done a little diagram to show what i'm whittling on about

The red line on the bulb is the wire i'm on about

OEM are not like that, and from what i've seen, some aftermarket H7 fitment ones are like this. Depends on brand and how they've been manufactured

I have a lot of light right in front and to the left and right this leaves a darkish area in the middle if that makes sense

Yep, same as mine. I don't mind it as the beam pattern is correct, and the line is only feint. Can't be @rsed to change the bulbs at £30 a set since they work fine

    I'm using H7F 5000k from http://www.hids4us.com/index.php?rou...product_id=165

The focus on them is a lot better than other bulbs i've tried in my Vec (tried some bulbs from friends etc) and i'm quite happy with them. Downside is that very feint line i described
