    Default Red flap pictures.

    I took out the glove box and this is the red flap held with a cable tie. can anyone upload a pic of theirs and show me how to fix please. 3 weeks now without cold air Whats servo do i need to buy, theres none attached!

    It attaches to a motor below

    Take the plastic panel off next to your right foot if you sit in passenger seat.

    And should see the motor about the size of packet of fags

    Going to have to do the same now as my Recirc Flap Servo started clicking last week

    Gotta be one of the most awkward things I've ever had to remove

    If you strip the motor down carefully and move the cogs around maybe one with a missing tooth or something it might work again.

    When mine broke I managed to strip it and reposition it so that I got all the cold and about 1/3 of the hot.

    Yeah tried that but unfortunately it was all in vain.

    Almost went as far as to try break the damaged tooth off completely and file another in place (as per the tooth brush thread in the HOW-To section) but found that two of the cogs were damaged.

    If its not one thing its another with this car lol

    Gutted, yeah I no the feeling mate, it would be nice to have a month where I don't spend money on it lol

    MOT this month, tax,and needs new tyres aswel
