    Default limp mode P0100 3.0cdti

    Can anyone help me with this one i have this fault code diagnosed today after the emissions light came on yet when i unplug the egr it runs perfect but plug it back in and back to limp mode.Been told off one person its the maf and told off another its the egr now im confused.

    P0100 Mass or Volume Air Flow Circuit Malfunction in the MAF check the connections on the MAF and maybe a squirt of contact cleaner, good luck

    Cheers Paul just cant understand that when i unplug the egr it runs perfect

    As paul has said try cleaning the maf and checking connection,s .
    Its rare to have a p0100 fault code on its own so did you have any other fault codes showing at the same time .
    Driving vauxhall,s for 30 + years
    and still loving it

    Already done that gonna try the afm mod by earthing the yellow wire to the chassis and see if that works.Thanks for the input guys
