Default GM spark plugs, need setting?

I get some plugs from the stealer for a heafty £35.

will these be ready to pop straight in or do I need to set the distance, if so what.

    Cheers

Its worth checking that the gaps are correct - they usually come with a preset gap but as they are probably designated for several models / engines its best to check that they are right for yours - for what it takes

£35 is very fair (less than £10 each) and relatively cheap
Other types are probably available, you get what you pay for...

As above, always, always, always, check prior to fitting

If they're multi electrode plugs, don't attempt to alter the gaps. You'll never get them all the same. A spark will travel across the shortest gap, and thus prematurely wear out the plug if it's only using one of the multi electrodes all the time.

In short, only attempt to regap single electrode plugs.

Seems a bit expensive for a set of plugs - Im in the Vx Trade Club and according to the book (although its a couple of years old now) there are two types for the 2.2 the GM33 or the GM37 - the 33 are £2.41 +vat the 37 are £3.24 + vat each - although they will probably have gone up a bit.
Perhaps someone else could give a more recent price.
There's also a set of NGK plugs for the 2.2 for £12.98 with free p+p on Fleabay
