    Default vxr brakes sqeeling

    as above guys fitted brakes over a week ago, copper greased every thing up, discs look new and so do pads .....just get this noise now and then, does sound like it on revolution of wheel but everything looks ok....any help appreciated

    Backing plate for discs isn't rubbing is it?

    Sounds like the backing plate is rubbing, need to bend it back out of the way

    not sure about pads mate, think they are ferodo or something like that....but i deffo have no dust shield, should i source some?.........it seems to do it when im turning right more and its only passenger side doing it......driving me mad

    Id get some just to keep keep the crap off discs.

    Wear indicator isnt some how come loose and scrapping is it?

    Don't you have a little shield at the bottom of the disc next to the bottom ball joint?

    Yes John your right there is a back plate behind the disc by the bottom ball joint had trouble with mine agent Antsss and I changed the discs and pads on my vxr
    VXR IS FOR LIFE NOT JUST FOR THRILLS !
