Default 2.2 direct petrol 05. Fault codes

There are so many threads about this but none of them really give an answer to my problems. So im hoping you guys can help.
when i start my car and drive off there after a few seconds there is a slight misfire and the spanner light come on but it keeps driving normally (it doesnt cut out or go to limp mode)then after a few seconds the EML comes on and it starts juddering as if the spark plugs need changing. I have to then pull over and re start the engine and leave it running for a few minutes and it drives fine. This wont happen again until until i have parked the car up for a few hours. It has happened 5 days in a row now so im thinking it only happens on a cold start as when the engine is warmed up it drives ok.
i have just had the car read from a friend who has a reader and the following codes have come up:
    P1112 Port deactivation solenoid valve
P1101 Fuel rail pressure sensor curcuit
    P0302 Cylinder 2 missfire detected

From the various post it could be 2 or 3 things but does anybody know for sure? i dont want to take it to Vx and get ripped off.
i have had the Fuel pressure regulator replaced under recall from them already about 3 months ago and i replaced the plugs a few days ago so i dont think it is that. Are all 3 codes connected to one problem?
    Your help is appreciated

Could be swirl flaps, get some carb cleaner in her and see how that goes.

You just spray carb cleaner down the intake while the engine is running, take the intake pipe off after the MAF get someone to sit in the car and keep the revs up and bobs you uncle.

High pressure fuel pump off ebay about £250 to £300, three bolts and half hour at most to remove and refit, I had my swirl valves break due to excess build up of crud and one stuck and broke, there is a field remedy E0002233 where a kit is fitted to you original inlet manifold rather than replaceing the whole thing, cost me about £300 fitted, if yours arn't broken the try the carb cleaner route first.

If you can get access to a trade card mate then the pump will be cheaper,

I have just called Vx Aldershot and asked for my price, they have told me its £303.36 ijnc VAT - so i would get it from there, give me a shout if you need to i have it reserved for 48 Hrs (Wip31156)
and your correct, 3 bolts easy

As for the swirl flaps i wouldnt have a clue
