Frame pieces/body panels where to buy?

Hi guys, hope you are all well.

I think this is the best section for this.

We all know where to buy bulbs, tyres, thermostat etc. but where is the best place to buy frame pieces and\or body panels?

I do a good bit of my own stuff on my own cars but i had a thought last night that i dont actually know where to start say replacing a bumper bar/slam panel/a wing/bonnet ?

Can you buy new parts for vaux without going through dealers, as im not sure im willing to part with my soul and significant funds for shaped metal...

Someone please educate

you can get most bolt on panels i.e bonnet wings , bumper bar from places like motor factors , euro car parts etc

funny how complicated simple things seem if youve never done them before.

feels so wrong getting the itch to go to the scrappy lol

ebay seems good for what im after too, think it may convince me away from new parts.
