Anyone had Mot with hids this week?

As above just wondering if anyone has passed an MOT since the 01 April with hids without washers an self levelling am thinking of putting my in for MOT tomorrow just don't know wether to leave hids in or stick some normal bulbs in

Well know one had space to do MOT today but all the places I tried said there would be no problem with lights.

So happy days MOT next weekend instead

Im in the same situation, MOT due this week, and deciding whether to leave them in or take them out

Im just leaving mine in. Am fairly happy after speaking to various mot stations today. If needs be ill just go to one of them lol

Farley2708 on here passed his mot today with the HIDs in. It's from the 1st of may they'll not pass.

Should have been 1st April

Rules changed jan 1st but not enforced till 1st April to allow everyone to get used to it

How I've read it is if their not fitted they can't be tested

as Niall83 says,passed mine today,only thing i did was a 'reverse' of Duncans headlight adjustment,oh and a underside wash,now in the past 6 months i have fitted..........4 new Hankooks v12,2 rear shocks,up-rated drop-links,strut-top bearings & carriers & fitted Power-flex ARB bushes,i asked the guy inspecting it if was i need of anything,he said no,all is nice n tight,i asked about HID's as he passed a comment 'oh i like your lights'!!!!! he got me to look into the view-window,as long as they are within 2 lines they are legal
the change of MOT came in 'here' was 1st of Feb,3 months 'trial' with advisories on future fails given

My MOT tester stated they will pass if the colour temp is suitable (ie not too blue). Also stated that cars post 2009 will require self levelling and wash systems to be fitted and working, but not pre 2009. So mine will pass!!
