    Default Bump strips

Can you remove them? Came out of work yesterday to find this I have some other little dinks as well so was thinking I might sand them down and respray them.

On a vectra b they are just stuck on with double sided tape I'd imagine these will be the same. Best remove the door card though and make sure there's no screws or clips holding them on

Astra G you just pushed the along the length of the car (can't remember if it was towards the front or back, I think front) and then they unclipped and just lifted off

They are glued and clipped in place. If you want to reuse them then take off the door card so you can compress the clips from inside; if you're going to replace them then you can bend them enough to be able to insert thin-nosed pliers between the door and the rubbing strip. Use a hairdryer to heat up the glue before you start pulling the trim off, the glue runs all the way around the edges of the trim.
