Default fitting the solid estate roof bars

can anyone tell me how i get the solid estate roof bars off please?

Are they bolted from below and also are the fixings in place to refit to a lower spec car?

Roof lining down, curtain airbags out (VERY CAREFULLY) and the bolts are underneath

You "might" be able to get to them without completely removing the air bags, but be very careful.

yes the fixing are in place, but you might have to drill the holes again, as they are blocked cant remember with what.

when i changed mine it did lift out the airbags, for more easier access.
