Vehicle : Mk1 renault scenic... I know I know but it drives

    Trim : Basic

    Engine : 1.6 16v

    Year : 2003

    Default

It attaches to a motor below

Take the plastic panel off next to your right foot if you sit in passenger seat.

And should see the motor about the size of packet of fags

As luck would have it in your case Critch

Going to have to do the same now as my Recirc Flap Servo started clicking last week

Gotta be one of the most awkward things I've ever had to remove

If you strip the motor down carefully and move the cogs around maybe one with a missing tooth or something it might work again.

When mine broke I managed to strip it and reposition it so that I got all the cold and about 1/3 of the hot.

Yeah tried that but unfortunately it was all in vain.

Almost went as far as to try break the damaged tooth off completely and file another in place (as per the tooth brush thread in the HOW-To section) but found that two of the cogs were damaged.

If its not one thing its another with this car lol

Thanks for the tip though mate
