The larger nozzles I had been suplied could not be used as the car just shock and spluttered, smoking even at idle. The injection length was reduced by 40% to try and make them work but with no joy.
Following on from that, the 'uprated' Black Diamon Kevlar clutch, which should take 25-30% more than the standard one according to Diamon, was smoking and slipping, stinking the place out by 340lbft.
The turbo was not boosting up very early to start but is boosting up slower after the remap. I am also not happy with the amount of smoke, so I am going to ask them to reduce fueling further before I leave Leeds.
All in all, not my happiest day and going away with only 238bhp and 340lbft at the moment, a very poor result.
